Wednesday morning wandering
The beginning of a new season is the time when everybody wakes up again and tweets tumble over each other to not miss a thing.
So much to do, so many exciting new things to experience, see, hear and read.
So much happening. How to stay calm, in balance and relaxed, when the outside world is calling out loud? How to live a life when the fear of missing something is stronger than the soul’s need for peace?
When to say no? When is it enough? When will we have time to digest all the new?
We will never have enough. More and more information will come to us every second. Faster and faster. Daily. The more we get the more, the more we miss. The more we need to do. Yes, living in the fast lane has its price. And yet, it’s only a state of mind!
Stepping out might be easier said than done. It, however, is the only way out, if we want to harvest the magic life holds for us.
The most important things in life are not there where we try to find it. They pop up when we least expect it. When we take time off and wander. The true treasures of life are found when we do, plan, or think nothing. Everything happens when nothing happens.
